Returns and Refunds
1. Fresh Flower Orders:
a. We do not require the returns on Fresh Flowers
b. Simply complete our product-refund survey and return by US mail

2. Vases and Enhancement Items:
a. Contact Customer Service for a return questionnaire
b. When asked for details, please be as complete as possible, this will help to
expedite your claim
c. Repack the item in its original packing and utilize the original shipping
carton to return the product.
d. Attached a return label and fill in your return address information
including your order number
e. Return postage is guaranteed
f. If you need assistance with replacement or questions in general please
contact Customer Service
We cannot refund your original shipping charges. Once we receive the retuned
merchandise will be credited to your credit card less the original amount of
shipping charges. However it is deemed that we sent you the wrong item in
error, we will reship at our expense the replacement item.
